Refund policy

We want the ₹99 to be an easy decision, so the refund is simple.

During the session

If the first 30 minutes of the Live Build Workshop aren't worth it to you, message us in the session chat or at hello@gtme.school before minute 30. We refund the full ₹99, no questions asked.

After 30 minutes

Once the first 30 minutes have passed, the seat counts as used: the templates and the 48-hour replay are yours, and the fee is not refundable.

If you can't attend

Reply to your confirmation before the session starts and we move your seat to the next session at no cost. If you want a refund instead, ask before the session starts and we refund in full.

If we cancel or move a session

You choose: a seat in the next session or a full refund.

Starter Kit

The optional ₹499 Starter Kit is a digital download delivered by email. It is refundable within 48 hours of purchase if you have not downloaded it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days of approval.
